By creating an account or using WinterEarn, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use WinterEarn.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You may not create multiple accounts
• You must keep your password secure
• You must verify your email address before earning or withdrawing

3. Earning Credits

Credits are earned by completing surveys and offers on the platform. Credits have no cash value outside of the WinterEarn withdrawal system.

4. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal is 500 credits (equivalent to $5.00 USD)
• Withdrawals are subject to review and approval
• Approved withdrawals are processed within 7 business days
• We may decline withdrawals from accounts suspected of fraud
• Payout methods currently supported: PayPal and gift cards

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete surveys
• Create multiple accounts to earn additional credits
• Provide false information in surveys
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WinterEarn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinterEarn's total liability to you is limited to the credits balance in your account at the time of any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
