4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Requesting account deletion removes your profile data (including your email, username, and account record) immediately and permanently. Financial and transactional records are retained after account deletion where required to prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations, and they no longer identify you personally.
