My survey credits haven't arrived.
Credits are usually added automatically within a few minutes of completing a survey. If it's been over an hour, email us with your username and the survey name.
My withdrawal is taking a long time.
Withdrawals are reviewed manually and processed within 7 business days. If it's been longer, email us with your username and withdrawal date.
I can't log in.
Make sure your email is verified. Check your spam folder for the verification email. If you still can't access your account, email us.
I want to delete my account.
Go to Settings inside the app and click "Delete My Account". Or email us and we'll do it for you.
